Sugar Manufacturing

The Company has 5 units (Sugar) Sugar Manufacturing Units strategically located in Western U.P. The Sugar Manufacturing units are based in Dhanaura, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Amroha and Saharanpur.

The Company manufactures FSSAI and HALAL INDIA certified Raw and Refined sugar.
The Manufacturing Unit in Dhanaura is ISO 22000:2018 certified
The treated water discharged from the Sugar Operations is used as an input for the Distillery thus leading to Zero Ground Water Extraction.

Dhanaura Unit

Built across the area of 28.5 hectare, the Plant was acquired in the year 1997. Cane cultivation area under the sugar mill is more than 32000 hectares with available cane production up to 144 lakh quintals. Approximately 55,000 farmers and 350 villages are directly related with the Sugar factory.

Produces double refined crystal white sugar of premium quality with ICUMSA colour in the range of 18 – 20.
Plant is operated with minimum steam consumption of 35.5% on cane and best in its class efficiency among the refineries.
